The Mantra Bracelet

• Designed after years of travel, our Mantra Bracelet can help you find your center while you continue to explore and reach outward.
• This double wrap bracelet represents two halves coming together.  The white stone is cool quartz and the black is warm lava.  Together they form a yin and yang practice bracelet.  The two spacers also offer contrast: a brass Thai bead and, for softness, an Indian rudraksha bead.
• Strung in the US on durable stretchy cord.  This bracelet, meant to wrap around a wrist twice, has a total measurement of approximately 13 inches, or 6 1/2 when double-wrapped.

Snow quartz is a calming and soothing stone, is helpful for meditation as well as looking within.  Snow quartz activates the Crown Chakra and promotes clarity of mind.   Lava rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions.  It is created from the center of the earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the Root Chakra.
