Our DharmaShop wrist mala is hand strung in Nepal and features impressive matte black Lava Rock beads with an adjustable knot.
It looks great on its own or worn in a stack of your favorite bracelets and wrist malas.
Lava Rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions.

Because it comes from raw energy, Lava Rock is considered to be a stone of rebirth and shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachment. It is created from the center of the Earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the Root Chakra.

Lava Rock's porous texture not only reflects its volcanic origins but also makes it a fun tool for aromatherapy. Simply add a drop of your favorite DharmaShop Essential Oils to carry the soothing scent throughout the day.

Small measures approximately 6.25 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 9 inches.

Large measures approximately 7.25 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 10 inches.

Beads are 8mm.

Great wrist mala, great customer service

I had originally purchased a wrist mala model that I was unable to adjust to my wrist as the knots were too tight. Your customer service was prompt and gracious in responding to my problem, and quickly sent me the Stabilizing Lava Rock wrist mala as the replacement of my choice for the difference type of wrist mala that I first bought. I am very happy with the Stabilizing Lava Rock Wrist Mala - it's just perfect - and I am even more pleased with your customer service - 5 stars for both!

As stated in the product description, this lava rock wrist mala adjusts 8 inches around at its widest and closes to about 6 1/2 inches, so it is a great for multiple wrist sizes, male or female! In fact, we've had a couple customers do so and love it! Just remember to be gentle about washing your beads when wanting to replace oils. Is there a way to get the lava rock wrist mala in 7 inches instead of 8. My wrist measures 7 inches at the smallest part

We should be able to restring this for you to fit 7 inches around when fully tightened, however, there may be a small additional fee for restringing. Usually for this type of service, we charge about $5. If you're interested in doing this, go ahead and place your order for the wrist mala and be sure to add in the notes/comments section of your order that you'd like it to be restrung to fit 7 inches around when closed.
