I fell in love with these spiral hoops the first time I saw them. I waited for a sale to finally purchase them since I rarely spend more than 30 dollars on earrings as I tend to lose them too easily. I was concerned about them rotating and coming off and because I have a lot of long hair they can get caught in, so I finally went looking, found and bought some plastic backings on amazon. Only wish I had done so years ago. $4 for a bag of 500 and they work great. I probably would have lost one of these by now without them, and could have saved myself the grief of so many lost favorite earrings in the past. I love the simplicity and tapered elegance of these spirals, and the symbolism particularly. They are beautiful and have an appealing quality of craftsmanship. I find I tend to leave them on all the time and only swap them out on occasions for different outfits. One word of caution; the first day I was wearing them my apron neck band caught one as I took it off. Very easy to do. It tweaked it out of shape a bit before I caught it, but thankfully I was able to reshape it and all is well. Highly recommend these. I encourage others to get backings too because you won't want to lose them!
