Yoga Chakra Singing Bowl

• The DharmaShop team here in Michigan worked for almost a year with the singing bowl artisans in Kathmandu to create this exclusive etched Yoga Chakra bowl! Handcrafted by 4th and 5th generation singing bowl masters.
  
• Each bowl requires an incredible amount of time and skill to create, therefore this style is limited. Every piece is hand hammered and polished before being etched with extraordinary detail.
• Inside features an intricate Kundalini Yoga Chakra System design with repeated figures in seated lotus pose depicting chakra placement. The outside of the bowl includes the Seven Chakras separated by symbols representing good luck. A geometric Tibetan mandala design grounds the base of the bowl.

The ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga involves a combination of breath, movement, and sound to activate your Kundalini energy, a divine feminine energy located at the base of your spine. The practice, also known as the "yoga of awareness," brings the energy up your spine and up through the Seven Chakras to bring balance and spiritual wellness. This practice can help clear the mind and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

The Seven Chakras include: the Crown, Third-Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root. It is believed that when your chakras are balanced, you are able to live a happier and healthier life.

The image of a seated figure in lotus pose promotes the energy of meditation and deep contemplation. It indicates the perfect balance of thought, rest of the senses, and tranquility.

Tibetan mandalas are geometrical designs often used for meditation. They are rich with symbolism and sacred meaning. In fact, the etymology of the word "mandala" suggests not just a circle but a "container of essence."
