Wood Energy Mala

Our newest 108 bead DharmaShop mala is extremely limited!  Only 2 available!  It includes gorgeous Wood Opalite and Fossil Jasper beads with zinc-plated brass spacers, and a hand carved bone Buddha pendant.  Each Wood Opalite bead is unique and features it's own sandy color matrix.  The pendant consists of hand carved water buffalo bone that is placed inside of a intricate silver-plated setting.

Wood Opalite is a form of petrified wood.  Wood energy symbolizes the energy of growth, expansion, new beginnings, health, and are help you to take action to progress toward your destiny.   These stones are grounding and strengthening, and help lead you in the search for serenity.

A note about bone jewelry:  Tibetan nomadic life is hard, and in the cold there is little to eat.  Water buffalo is a main staple in Nepal and Tibet and when an animal is used for food nothing is wasted.  This amazing bone pendant is handmade by artisans who recycle and reuse everything in daily life and spiritual practice.

All beads are about 8mm.  Buddha pendant measures about 1 3/4 inches long, 1 inch wide, and about 5/8 inch thick.  Mala is approximately 32 inches around.
