Best Wrist Mala Ever!

Your website was simple and easy to navigate. Your customer service was very friendly and efficient. The items I purchased were of excellent quality. Can I marry a bracelet?

This bracelet has everything I was looking for. It wears on your wrist beautifully by itself or even better paired with other designs and it stands out great! I just received mine and love the look, but don't know how to loosen it. How do I do this? It won't fit until I do so.

Hello Eric, Thank you for your inquiry! We have received your message, and we are happy to help. The hand-tied knot serves as a tube through which the two cords slide. Without untying or loosening the knot, grasp the beads of the bracelet on either side of the knot and firmly pull. The first few times may require greater strength as the cords are exercised. To tighten, grasp the toggle beads and pull. I have also included a video below which helps further detail the adjustable knot feature. I hope this information is helpful! could you wear this all day--into the shower, pool, etc?

Hello Andy, thanks for your inquiry! We suggest removing any mala if you are around excess moisture for the beads and the natural fiber cord could wear prematurely. So please remove your mala when washing, swimming etc. for the water can affect the wear life of the cord, and the look of the porous lava rock beads. I hope this information is helpful!
