These fine quality, 100% cotton flags with hemmed edges are handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal. Made in the traditional colors of yellow, red, green, blue, and white.
Designed by a Tibetan monk exclusively for The DharmaShop.

On each flag the prayer reads, in Tibetan and English: By the power of divine Windhorse, divine beings, the protectors, and by the power vested in the Wish-fulfilling Jewels and the Eight Auspicious Symbols, May this Wedding be Auspicious; May this union bring endless happiness, luck, love, and prosperity to the newly married couple. May all the sincere and good wishes of the couple be fulfilled quickly.

Set includes 10 flags that measure approximately 8 by 10 inches. Entire strand is about 10 feet long. Made of hemmed cotton in Nepal.

Wedding Prayer flags

I had ordered and gifted these prayer flags for our children a few years ago. When my wife and I were married earlier this year and I ordered a set to hang at our wedding celebration in a few months. They are beautifully made!

Overdue review

We hung these flags on our tea house above our Buddha statue for our son’s wedding in our garden almost 3 years ago and they continue to bring feelings of peace and wellbeing to the space which many people notice. Also we are blessed to attract many insects and animals.
