    • An authentic Tibetan wrist mala with vintage-style bodhi seed beads that are hand strung on adjustable brown cord.
    • Designed to provide a more vintage and rustic look, each bead is unique with its own shape and abundant texture.
    • Simply strung and finished with a guru bead, adjustable knot and knotted ends.  Handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.

    Bodhi seed beads can be used for counting all types of mantras as well as other prayers.  These dark-speckled seed beads have special meaning for all seekers of divine wisdom.  "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment; as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed.

    Adjustable wrist mala measures approximately 6.5 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 8 inches.  Beads are 11-14mm, guru bead is about 17-18mm.

    constant remembrance

    my teacher Ram Chandra was not one for a load of philosophy.A man of very few words. When my Satori (I AM) came he laughed and sent me away. The Bodhi seeds are a constant remembrance. This Wrist Mala is beautiful and nicely made.

    Bodhi wrist mala

    My wrist mala fits really well. I have a small wrist and was concerned about the size. I love the items I bought from Dharma Shop. The service is great and the item description is accurate. The money goes to a good cause as well.

    Unique mala

    I really love the texture of these Bodhi seeds, very earthy and rustic looking. I wanted this to leave my own imprint on the seeds over time. The adjustment takes a little time to get used to, but is pretty easy to do. The seeds feel great for counting, too. You feel the shape and texture of each seed and for me the connection to the tree it came from.

    Great product, ages beautifully

    Around the time when COVID 19 was first spreading in the US, I ordered several items from DharmaShop, including this vintage style bodhi wrist Mala. Even with the challenges at that time, they worked quickly to fulfill my order and I received everything fast. This bracelet is beautiful and it just gets better with age. I have larger than average wrists, but after a few uses the design adjusted a bit and now after owning for a year it is very easy to get on and off. Despite wearing almost daily, the cordage is holding up very well and the Bodhi beads/seeds are aging nicely. When received, the beads were clearly authentic but also shiny and pristine. The shininess has definitely tempered but it only makes the bracelet prettier. Exactly what I was looking for: excellent build quality, gentle “seasoning” and large beads. The bracelet looks nice but more importantly it is very soothing. I like to fidget with things and I find myself caressing the beads to calm myself without thought. I would recommend to anyone. Even came back and bought a few things for my wife.
