One of my favorites from my recent buying trip to Nepal. This large gau is hand carved with powerful Hung symbol is silver. Tibetans beleive the Hung symbol is the symbol for wisdom that purifies aggression and hatred.

Size: 1 1/2 inches tall.Back opens to reveal an image of HH the Dalai Lama and a tiny piece of a prayer scarf.

Beautiful, I wear it everyday

I purchased this piece to replace another silver and turquoise pendant that was stolen - I had been looking for sometime for a piece that was simple and beautiful...not too small and not too large. This one fits the bill. I wear it everyday, and have gotten several compliments on it. It is light weight, since it is hollow, and the inlays are very well done.
