Sandalwood mala beads

I really like this Mala. The Sandalwood has a very nice scent, and just feels good. It important to me to support the Tibetan or Napales artist when purchasing smdharma items. I felt good ordering from this company.

Love these!

The size is good, not too big, and the scent is heavenly, not too strong, just right. I got the wrist mala, too and these are just a great addition. I hope they hold the scent a long time, so far I've seen no lessening. They are a beautiful color too, and very light weight.

Are the Sandalwood beads truly quite fragrant? I have purchased ( not from this site) Sandalwood beads and they say they are fragrant and they have 'no scent at all,' or 'lose it quickly.' The scent is relaxing to me, and love wearing it, if it truly holds the true scent and is really Sandalwood. I do honestly feel these are authentic, but just guess i wanted to hear it and know for sure. Wondered about the care also, and if maybe an oil should be applied from time to time or not? Wondered if so, which kind? Blessings

You are also correct in that some sandalwood beads can lose their scent over time, as they are a porous material.
