Can be better....

I loved that this bag is simple without all the colorful theme, it is low key enough to use even for workplace, and for years I purchased many items from The Dharma Shop and always have been happy with every single item until this bag unfortunately. Upon received it, I gentlely washed it with mild and minimum soap and the black color faded quite a bit, and that would have still be okay because I know the color dyes are natrual material no strong chemical, which make them easier to fade away, I was still fine with the bag. But then, after I used the bag for 2 days, with just the ususal weight of things a woman would have: wallet, a small umbrella, a small make up pouch, cell phone, keys, couple personal items....the connecting sewing part on the very top of the shoulder strap already ripped apart. I ended up folded to hide the rips and sew to repair it myself, it still can be used although does not look as good of course, but the shoulder strap definately need to be stronger, and when the connecting hem is at the top of the shoulder, I do not think it bear the weight well, and that is why usually handbag straps are sew and reinforce on the sides of the bags, not 2 separated straps sew together on top portion. Hope this help the maker of the bag improve. Thank you!
