    El exterior de la rueda de oración presenta dos líneas del mantra de la compasión, Om Mani Padme Hum, en escritura sánscrita. En su interior hay pergaminos que contienen mantras y oraciones que se multiplican con cada vuelta. Se puede abrir para agregar sus propias oraciones. El mantra de la compasión invoca la poderosa atención benevolente y las bendiciones de Chenrezig, la encarnación de la compasión.

    I Love This Thing

    I had read prior reviews, with one or two of them citing minor glitches with the spinning. I did not have any issues at all. I like to believe that this is truly made by artisans of that area. That makes me enjoy these items so much more. I do honestly use this prayer wheel everyday. It is a pleasure to use. This is a great company.

    I should have bought one a while ago!

    I was always curious about prayer wheels. As a piece of art to have in your space alone, they are wonderful but as a tool to assist with mindfulness as you grow in your practice they are the perfect missing piece if you already don't have one. This is my first. It does feel a bit delicate in the hand and one should be cautious about removing the top where the rim meets the first line of mantras, but I don't anticipate any problems using it. Perhaps one may consider adding some oil to the "spoke" in the middle that runs thru it, but it's still a great piece!
