Mind blown!

I recently found Dharmashop after moving to the midwest from NYC, discovering that Himalayan culture and art is nonexistent (Native American culture is another story, which I am grateful for). Sadly, I lost ALLL my Buddhist accoutrements and ritual implements during my move. I was very sad and almost resigned myself, thinking it was karmic.... and then I stumbled upon the Dharmashop! Sad no more! This bell and dorje set it unbelievable. Yes, artistically but musically too. It is far more superior than any other one I’ve ever heard, never mind owned. I knew it would be visually stunning, given the photo and the value of it, but I was unprepared for the effect of the sound of the bell. I am very grateful for its existence and its maker. Thank you!

Very special, handmade, feel very traditional and sacred

I knew from the online listing this was a special bell and vajra, and I loved the copper case and mantras on the bell and case (Om Mani Padme Hum). But nothing prepared me for how special this bell and dorje really is. The feel is weighty and solid. The craftsmanship is clearly artisan level. It has no feeling of mass production. The mantras and designs (vajras, etc) on the bell are deeply embossed, the face of Prajnaparimita is unusually detailed, and it has been a real benefit to my daily practice. It feels empowered on delivery, you could say. The case is extraordinary, with the Mahakala face, the Om Mane Padme Hum mantra, and solid copper casing, hinge and unique traditional clasp. It feels handmade. No one could regret investing in this set, other than, the beautiful workmanship might inpire craving:) (Joking).
