Wood Block Print Stamp Gift Set

• This hand carved wood block printing and stamping gift set is made in Nepal and includes 4 small wood block printing stamps, a deluxe stamp pad, and a stack of handmade lokta paper.
• Wood blocks like these are typically used to print prayer flags, but you can also use them to print designs on lokta paper, envelopes, wallpaper, and altar cloths or other fabrics.
• Lokta paper is made entirely by a local women's co-operative community in Kathmandu involved in the ecological treatment and preservation of the forest.  This form of paper production is both sustainable and eco-friendly.

The wood block stamps are intricately carved to feature 4 designs including: a double dorje, an Endless or Eternal Knot, Buddha's wisdom eyes, and the compassion mantra - Om Mani Padme Hum in Tibetan script.

Gift set measures 7 3/4 inches wide, 5 inches tall, and 1 inch thick.  The lokta paper sheets are about 2 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches.  Double dorje stamp is about 2 x 2 inches, Buddha eyes stamp is about 1 3/4 x 1/2 inch, Om Mani stamp is about 2 1/4 x 1 inch, and the Eternal Knot stamp is about 1 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches.
