Our simple Dharma necklace is modeled after a vintage silver Om pendant we found in the street markets of Kathmandu.
Pendant necklaces like these are very popular in Tibetan culture and can often be considered sacred.
Om is one of the most popular Tibetan symbols, taken from the mantra of compassion, 'Om Mani Padme Hum.'

Om is considered the most sacred mantra. It appears at the beginning and end of most recitations, prayers, and texts. Om is an amazing tool that all people of all faiths can utilize to bring focus and awareness to the greater meaning of life.

Necklace measures approximately 30 inches around, pendant measures about 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch. Pendant is made in Nepal and the ball chain is made in the USA.

Not What I Expected But Happy

Where the Medallion arrived it did not look at all like how I expected. It’s lighter than I had expected and slightly larger. I’m very pleased with that. It looks like what it is, an expression of ‘om’. The more I see it, the more I like it. I purchased it as a gift for one of my students and she wears it constantly feeling that it is an outward symbol of her inner journey. I’m very happy with it.

Is this necklace adjustable? meaning can you adjust the length and make it shorter?
