Green Tara's presence combined with the powerful vibrations of the bowl creates an instrument of deep healing, spiritual growth, and inner peace. Let her energy guide you, protect you, and awaken your potential for enlightenment.
Made in Nepal by third and fourth-generation artisans, this hand-cast singing bowl is meticulously tuned to produce, clear, resonant tones that make it easy to play and perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Whether used for meditation, relaxation, or sound healing, this bowl is a powerful tool for cultivating peace, well-being, and spiritual connection.
Green Tara is the Buddha of enlightened activity, known for her immediate response to those in need. She embodies courage, wisdom, and boundless compassion while offering protection and guidance. Her mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha," translates to, "I prostrate to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victories Ones." Playing the bowl with this mantra in mind deepens meditation and connects you to Tara's compassionate energy.
Featured on the inside rim of the bowl are Lotus Flower designs, a symbol of purity and enlightenment. The symbolic meaning of the lotus flower promotes feelings of serenity and peace. Their ability to rise above the challenges of their environment can be a source of comfort and inspiration to those struggling with anxiety.
Complementing this are Sacred Geometry Mandalas, symbols of wholeness and unity, guiding the mind to deeper states of meditation and self-discovery.
Separating each mandala is a Dorje, known as the Sacred Thunderbolt, a powerful Tibetan symbol of protection and spiritual strength.
Your bowl comes with a wood and suede striker and gold ring cushion hand stitched and stuffed with up-cycled materials. Includes a DharmaShop keepsake bag.

My first singing bowl.
It didn't take long at all to get a good sound from it, and the sound is large for the size (seems to to me, at least).
Beautiful bowl, as well.
I say "first" because I certainly plan to get another -- of similar size -- to travel with on retreat.
I am so please with my singing bowl purchase. It arrived MUCH quicker than I expected. I had none actually. I ordered and there it was. The quality is so beautiful, well make and it sounds soothingly amazing. I just purchased the blue Medicine Singing bowl to add to my genre. Looking forward in experiencing that one as well. Thanks so much!

Green Tara Singing Bowl
The craftsmanship is lovely and so is the sound. Very pleased with my purchase
Hi Debbie, the Green Tara Singing Bowl is one of our favorites and we love the sound as well! We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and thank you for supporting Himalayan artisans!
A:Hello Maddie, thanks for your message! Due to the handmade, hand-hammered nature of our collection, the musical notes will vary depending on how and what is used to play the bowl. We find this to be a great reminder that your bowl is as unique and one of a kind as the artisan who crafted it! I hope this information is helpful. We appreciate your inquiry and support.

Q:Is there a particular bowl(s) for a beginner?

A:Cindy, thank you for asking about singing bowls. There are really no rules when it comes to choosing a bowl. For beginners, people tend to choose a bowl that is smaller or maybe less expensive, rather than a large or antique singing bowl. Something that can rest on the palm of your hand or on a small singing bowl cushion is a good place to start. However, you should choose a bowl that "speaks" to you. One that you like the sound of or are particularly drawn to. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to email us directly or give us a call. We'd be happy to help you choose a bowl! Thanks, again!

A:Janice, thank you for your inquiry. Each of our bowls will come with a striker, including the Green Tara Singing Bowl. We also have quite a few mallet and striker options available separately if there is something specific that you are looking for. Feel free to check them out! Thanks, again.
