Does this mala (and others) have a slipknot to allow adjusting circumference? Do they tend to be strung with wire or cord? Thank you Steve

Steven, thank you for reaching out. This particular mala does not include a sliding knot to make it adjustable. This one features just a snake knot, it does not adjust. We do carry other 108 bead malas that feature a sliding knot that will help you adjust it to wrap around the wrist. Our malas tend to be strung with a classic knotting cord or elastic cord if they are stretchy. Hopefully this information is helpful! Thanks again for your inquiry and support.
