Hand sewn cotton cushion in the perfect size for meditation. This cushion is stuffed with wool and cotton batting and includes a handle so you can easily carry it to your meditation center.

12 inches around, 7 inches thick. Handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Peaceful and soothing

This is a wonder cushion that is soft and comforting as a part of my practice. The colors are soothing and it is pleasant to be seated upon while meditating. The cushion is supportive of my body and allows me to relax while I breathe and hold my mala in meditation. The handle is a nice touch that allows me to carry it simply. It complements my practice and I enjoy the artistry of folks who made it. I truly enjoy supporting dharma shop as they provide authentic and meaningful pieces to be part of my life and practice. Perfect cushy for the tushy!

I absolutely love this cushion! It is so comfortable, yet provides just the right amount of support. I've even sat on this on the couch because it lifts the rear, giving the lower back the proper curve. I also love the handle! I can grab it easily while still carrying my earbuds and phone outside for my guided meditation. My mind definitely needs guiding. ;)

Wonderful Addition

Excellent for someone whose hips are still too tight to sit comfortably on the floor, it's just the right size for me 5' 9". Would recommend to any practitioner :)

Very nice meditation cushion

The Dharma shop is the first place I always go to for any of my meditation needs. I bought this meditation cushion to place in an area where I have a lot of my instruments so that I can comfortably sit and play. And this is a beautiful meditation cushion and it's very very comfortable.
