    These beautiful and large prayer flags feature Mahakala, one of the fierce protectors of Tibet.  We had this flag set designed and made exclusively for DharmaShop.  Hanging this prayer flag is believed to protect all beings and your home from negativity.  Prayers in English surround central image of the Mahakala.

    This set includes 10 flags that measure approximately 12 by 12 inches and are made of 100% cotton.  Colors are the traditional red, blue, green, yellow, and white.

    These Are Great

    Large, hemmed, but not too 'perfect'. They're also more rugged than I suspected - I didn't want anything plastic-y, and these are definitely au naturale. Perfect size, color, length.

    Great wind horses indeed

    Although larger than I ought perhaps to have bought, I am very happy with these prayer flags. Living in an apartment, I don't have an outdoor space to hang them for the wind to blow the prayers around to all sentient beings, I am pleased to have hung them across a wide set of windows so that, when they are open, some fluttering from the wind high up here does occur. I noted a negative review of some other flags that called attention to the fact that they were not neatly hemmed but had rough edges. That's the way they are supposed to be, so that they wear in the wind; they are not mere home decorations but more like a sand mandala intended to be a spiritual message that floats away. These flags are what they are intended to be.
