  cultivate mindfulness

  • Spinning rings originate from ancient Tibetan prayer wheels and are great for stilling the mind, reducing anxiety, and promoting concentration during meditation.
  • Handcrafted by a fair-trade group of silversmiths in Nepal, this spinning ring is made of sterling silver and features a gold-plated mantra of compassion in Tibetan script.
  • Tibetan mantra rings can act as a spiritual tool and physical reminder connecting you to your practice.  Wearing a mantra that is meaningful to you can help to cultivate mindfulness and promote positive energy throughout the day.

By taking deep breaths and focusing on the spinning of the ring, you are able to reduce worry and calm the mind.  It's a great accessory for your practice or every day life!

Considered one of the most powerful mantras in Tibetan Buddhism, the compassion mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum, invokes the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion.  Wearing this ring can help to cultivate awareness and be mindful to always practice compassion.

Sized ring.  Band measures just over 0.25 inch wide.

Beautiful ring

I love this ring! It’s well-made and nicely polished. The spinner works smoothly. Another quality product from the Dharma Shop!

Love my ring!

It's a good way to avoid negative thoughts and focus on positive being while engaging in daily life. Only problem is that ring runs small, wish I'd ordered a size larger.
