How to Burn Rope Incense

Rope incense is a type of incense that is made from a long, thin rope that is infused with essential oils or other fragrant ingredients.  Ours being handmade in Nepal using all natural, high-altitude herbs, woods, and spices.  It is often used in religious ceremonies and meditation practices, but it can also fill your home with the Himalayas.

To burn rope incense, you will need a heat-proof surface, such as a ceramic or metal plate, and a fire source, such as a match or lighter. Light one end of the rope incense and allow it to burn for a few seconds. Once it is lit, place it on the heat-proof surface. The rope incense will continue to burn slowly, releasing its fragrance into the air.

• Use a heat-proof surface to prevent the rope incense from catching fire.
• Light the rope incense with a match or lighter.
• Allow the rope incense to burn for a few seconds before placing it on the heat-proof surface.
