Tibetan Bodhi Seed Naga Shell Wrist Mala

  |
  • A classic and traditional wrist mala made with bodhi seeds, a bright red tassel, and a naga shell spacer and guru bead.
  • Hand strung in Nepal on stretchy cord.
  • This traditional design looks great on its own or paired with your favorite watch or bracelets!

Bodhi seed beads can be used for counting all types of mantras as well as other prayers.  "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment; as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed.

The naga/conch shell represents the fame of the Buddha's teaching which spreads in all directions like the sound of the conch trumpet.  It is a symbol which fearlessly proclaims the truth of the dharma.

Wrist mala measures approximately 6.5 inches around on stretchy cord.  Bodhi beads are 12-13mm, naga shell spacer is about 15mm, guru bead is about 11mm.
