Dorje and Lotus Gold Mandala

This thangka features a colorful mandala design full of incredible detail.  In the center is a dorje emerging from a lotus flower, and it has Eternal Knot designs in the corners.  Symbolically, a dorje represents the 'thunderbolt of enlightenment.'  In many cultures, the lotus flower represents purity and peace, blooming through the mud. 

Each detail is painted by hand on cotton canvas using natural mineral and vegetable pigments with 24K gold accents.  The intricate brushstrokes and extraordinary detail make these thangkas genuine works of art.  It comes unframed and ready for Western style framing of your choosing.
