Offering Hands Incense Burner

The incense is good but the "hands" holes for the incense stick didn't work out

Hi Calvin! Thanks so much for your support and feedback. The hand-rolled nature of our Tibetan incense can make them thicker in diameter, which is why most of our burners will have two hole sizes to accommodate a variety of sticks. If some of the incense is too large for this burner, I would suggest cutting the end at an angle and it works great! I hope this information is helpful!
