Este cuenco tibetano hecho a mano está moldeado a mano en Patan, en las afueras de Katmandú, Nepal. Está pintado a mano y acabado por un maestro pintor thangka.
El mantra del Buda de la Medicina envuelve el exterior junto con una imagen del Buda de la Medicina en el interior.
El Buda de la Medicina es una deidad de la compasión y la curación. Se cree que alivia el sufrimiento de las enfermedades físicas y mentales. A menudo su imagen se muestra con rayos de luz de lapislázuli que irradian desde su corona.

El mantra dice, "Om Bekandze Bekandze, Maha Bekandze, Radza Samudgate Soha". Esto se traduce como: "Que los muchos seres sintientes que están enfermos se liberen rápidamente de la enfermedad. Y que todas las enfermedades de los seres nunca vuelvan a surgir".

Extremely happy with this singing bowl

The bowl is a nice size and has a beautiful sound. I just love the blue color and the pillow it came with. Very easy to use for a beginner.

How different is the sound when a traditional mallet is used. The recorded sound is beautiful.

Mark, thank you for asking about the Medicine Buddha Singing Bowl. Depending on the mallet you choose, you are able to achieve different sounds and tones with your bowl. By striking with the wool mallet, you're able to get the simple and steady tone that you hear in the recording. By using a wooden striker, you can sing around the rim of the bowl to achieve higher tones along with the overtones of the bowl at the same time. By striking with a wooden striker, as it is a harder material than wool, it will give you a harder tone. We offer many types of mallets so that you can try different things with your bowl and see what works for you. Hopefully this information has been helpful! Thanks again for your inquiry and support!
