True Antique Bodhi Wrist Mala

• DharmaShop founders, Sander and Christy, purchased a beautiful true antique bodhi seed mala on their trip to Kathmandu in October of 2019.  From that 108 bead mala, our jewelry specialist was able to string 6 incredible antique bodhi wrist malas!
• Made of 18 small, well used bodhi beads that are full of incredible detail.  Each bead is rich in color with a beautiful sheen and texture.  These antique beads have been restrung on black cord.
• These dark-speckled seed beads have special meaning for all seekers of divine wisdom.  "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment; as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed.

We absolutely loved the idea of taking one incredibly special antique bodhi seed mala and being able to create 6 wrist malas from it.  Each antique bodhi wrist mala has a powerful energy from both age and use that you can truly feel when you're holding or wearing it.  Quantities are limited, so grab one while you can!

On their trip to Nepal in October 2019, DharmaShop owners, Christy and Sander Cohen, acquired the full antique mala from a Tibetan gentleman on the steps of the monastery just outside of the Boudhanath Stupa.  He had a small collection of gorgeous antiques from which Sander and Christy were able to purchase a handful of high quality bodhi malas.

Adjustable wrist mala measures approximately 6.75-7 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 10 inches.  Beads are 10-11mm.
