The main focal point of the mala is the handmade sterling silver Tibetan gau pendant from Nepal. The outside of the gau features the Eight Auspicious Symbols and a beautiful antique coral accent in a sterling setting. It twists opens to reveal an image of HH the Dalai Lama along with a tiny piece of a prayer scarf.
