Onyx Vajra Wrist Mala

  |

This wrist mala contains onyx beads and features a rudraksha seed and a dorje charm in the center.

The Dorje or Vajra is one of the most powerful symbols in Tibetan Buddhism.  It translates directly as lightning bolt or diamond.  The dorje is used in many Tibetan rituals along with the bell.  Onyx can provide strength and support during trying times, absorbing negative energy.  It is also said to promote self-control and stamina.  Onyx is a soothing stone, helping to alleviate fears and worries.  Rudraksha seeds, also known as the tears of Shiva, are believed to increase concentration, providing clarity and peace of mind.  They’re also thought to improve memory and relieve stress.

Strung on durable stretchy cord, this wrist mala measures approximately 5 1/2 inches around.  Includes 10mm onyx beads, one 10mm rudraksha bead, and a 11mm by 21mm dorje charm.
