Gold & Crystal Protection Phurba

  |
  • A unique Himalayan artifact, this handcrafted Tibetan Phurba from Kathmandu features a clear Quartz Crystal dagger and Dorje with a gold-plated handle and base.
  • The Phurba depicts two of the most popular guardians in Tibetan Buddhism, Mahakala at the handle and a dragon head at the base.
  • A Dorje is also known as a protective symbol that represents the 'thunderbolt of enlightenment.'

The Phurba is triple sided Tibetan ritual dagger or stake.  It is typically used during ceremonies and in areas of protected space to create stability.  Often times it is staked into the ground prior to rituals to tether negative energy.  Many practitioners use Phurbas as a part of their meditation room.

Clear Quartz Crystal opens the mind and heart to higher guidance.  It amplifies whatever energy or intent is programmed into it and continues to broadcasts that energy throughout the world.

Mahakala's fierce form scares off evil and protects Himalayan and Tibetan Buddhism.  Tibetan dragons are also protectors of Buddhism whose thunderous voices awaken us from delusion.

Phurba measures approximately 12 inches long and 2 inches wide.
