Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  They are a great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises.

Bowl rings at a D note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Sacral Chakra.  This energy is the center for creating relationships of all kinds.  It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others.

Bowl measures approximately 7.5 inches in diameter and is about 3.75 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.

All sound recordings are made by striking the bowl once with our Handcrafted Red Wool Mallet!
