• Handmade in Nepal by a 4th and 5th generation crafting family, this statue is made of hand carved Quartz Crystal gemstone that is wrapped in bronze and then gold-plated.
• It is hand detailed and expertly carved by master craftsmen.  This process takes considerable time and skill.  Each and every detail is truly incredible!  Includes pieces of inlaid stones with intricate hand etched filagree designs on the robes.

The Shakyamuni Buddha was a spiritual master who lived and taught in modern day India and Nepal.  Shakyamuni taught others to be awakened to the true nature of reality and freed from suffering.
