Bold matte onyx mala features rudraksha beads. A mala for grounding practice with earth elements known to relieve stress and calm the mind.

Rudraksha seeds, also known as the tears of Shiva, are believed to increase concentration, providing clarity and peace of mind. They’re also thought to improve memory and relieve stress. It is believed that the Rudraksha contains the secrets of the entire evolution of the cosmos within it.

Measures approximately 28 inches around. Rudraksha beads are 7mm. Onyx beads are 8mm. Handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Very pleased

I can see how this mala is grounding, it is very beautifully made and has some weight to it. It truly does have some great energy about it. As soon as I opened the box it came in, I covered it with some Nag Champa Oil.
