Jewelry repair

The knot was becoming "unknotted and unstrung" on my wrist mala, and since I loved how the beads were aging, I asked if it could be repaired, rather than replaced. The mala was returned to me in short order, and it's perfect, once again! I won't hesitate to have another piece repaired if something happens to it. Great job, everyone! Added bonus, because I'm housebound without a working printer, they sent me a postage-paid address label to send the mala to them. I've been a DharmaShop customer for several years, and it's customer service like this that keeps me a happy camper!

Such GRATITUDE For Dharma Shop!

I absolutely LOVE The Dharma Shop and all they have to offer. I am NEVER disappointed with any of my purchases. I recently purchased the Hematite and Rudshaka Wrist Mala, which has become one of my favorites! … but had a flukey thing happen with one of the Rudshaka beads where it split and fell off the string. As usual, Alexandra took care of me asap and I sent it in and it was repaired to the perfect custom sizing I had sent it in for prior to this. The wonderful people at Dharma Shop, in my opinion, always go over and above to satisfy a customer (of course they do. I feel their heart and soul is in their company). They are truly a one of a kind company that I pray stays around for a very long time. Thank you Dharma Shop, you are beyond appreciated, again, for ALL you offer and ALL you do for your customers! Mala Review

I sent two malas to repair. One that completely broke, and one that had become very loose. I received the malas back very quickly, and the repair was done very professionally. I am very happy, and the malas are back on my wrist again!!! Thank you!!!
