Our Grounding Earth Bracelet is hand strung in Nepal and features grounding matte black Lava Rock beads.
It looks great on its own or worn in a stack of your favorite bracelets and wrist malas. You can also use a drop of essential oil with lava rock to enhance its healingabilities and explore aromatherapy!
Lava Rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions.

Because it comes from raw energy, Lava Rock is considered to be a stone of rebirth and shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachment. It is created from the center of the Earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the Root Chakra.

Lava Rock's porous texture not only reflects its volcanic origins but also makes it a fun tool for aromatherapy. Simply add a drop of your favorite DharmaShop Essential Oils to carry the soothing scent throughout the day.

Small bracelet measures approximately 6.5-6.75 inches around.

Large bracelet measures about 7.5 inches around.

Beads are 6mm on stretchy cord.

Looks great alone or with other bracelets

This bracelet has a unique character, and despite being rather small, still looks good alone on wrist. It also looks great as a complement to larger bracelets.

Amazing Wrist Mala

I love that it is on stretchy cord. I got the large and it fits perfectly on my wrist (Male). It’s elegant and right now I’m pairing it with a lava rock wrist mala. It definitely connects me to my Buddhist practice.

Hi there, when you say the bracelet measures 6 1/4 each, is that the circumference at rest, or it will stretch to 6 1/4 when you slide over the hand? My wrist is just around 6 1/4, but my hand is bigger (I have very tiny wrists compared to my long, wide hands :-)

Hello Mimi, thanks for your inquiry! The measurements included in our product description detail the wrist sizes it will work for, not the measurements of the bracelet at rest.
