How do you adjust this bracelet?

Hello Rick, thank you for your inquiry! The hand-tied knot serves as a tube through which the two cords slide. Without untying or loosening the knot, grasp the beads of the bracelet on either side of the knot and firmly pull. The first few times may require greater strength as the cords are exercised. To tightened, grasp the toggle beads and pull. I have also included a video below to help describe this further:
