On our trip to Nepal in March of 2019, we worked alongside of our artisans in Kathmandu to help design this 108 bead mala.
Made with 108 Labradorite beads, 3 Lotus Seed spacers, brass accents, and a Bodhi Seed guru bead. The combination of hard, shiny gemstones with natural seed bead accents is exceptionally engaging.
The endless personality of Labradorite makes it one of our favorite stones. Sparkling in the light, each individual stone has its own color variation.

Labradorite is a stone of magic, excellent for awakening one's own awareness of inner spirit, natural intuition and creativity. Wearing it will charge you with a sense of excitement and adventure. Labradorite is a stone of the Throat Chakra.

The lotus flower is prized and honored among Buddhists. The pure, delicate flower arises from bogs and slowly develops a beautiful seed head from which these seeds are extracted. These dried seeds are then smoothed and sealed to make lasting and meaningful prayer beads.

Size:

Approximately 36" around.

Labradorite beads are 8mm, lotus spacers are about 9mm, Bodhi guru bead is about 14mm.

My Labradorite Mala came beautifully wrapped with care. The colors of the labradorite seem like the blend of sky and cloud and earth and the lotus seeds are a reminder for me to pause a moment longer. As I use the mala I have felt a grounding of myself, a calmness.
