An amazing exclusive mens wrist mala! Hand strung at the DharmaShop in Michigan with elements sourced from around the world.
Made with dark Bodhi Seed beads, prehistoric Mastodon fossil beads from Thailand, and finished with a single large Rudraksha bead from Nepal. Also features a hand carved skull bead made from water buffalo bone.
The skull in Buddhism is often recognized as a symbol of impermanence. It is a powerful reminder to be here now and to live in the present moment; because nothing is permanent, everything is possible.
Bodhi Seed beads can be used for counting all types of mantras as well as other prayers. "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment;as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed.
Rudraksha Seeds are believed to increase concentration, providing clarity and peace of mind. They’re also thought to improve memory and relieve stress. Known as the tears of Shiva, Rudraksha seeds offer protection and positive energy on your path to spiritual enlightenment.
The ancient fossilized Mastodon bone bead is truly a unique artifact from the prehistoric era. Because it is from the earth and was once organic material, these fossils have strong grounding properties and calming energies.
One of our most highly reviewed bracelets, take a look at the reviews to see the positive testimonials and feedback provided by our DharmaShop community!

I love this - I ordered the small size. I am a female with a thin wrist and it fits perfectly. The beads are large - so be conscious of that. I love the energy of it. I’ll be wearing min for many years to come.
This bracelet is not only powerful and protective, it is beautiful and fits perfectly! Shipping was fast and came just when I needed it.
Thank you Dharma Shop! 🙏
Q:Is the cord used for the bracelet elastic, or the standard non-elastic cord used for other malas? With any elastic bracelet I’ve had - with everyday use, they always break.

A:Hello L, thanks so much for your feedback. All of our stretchy malas and bracelets are strung with a durable elastic, tested to withstand up to 22lbs! If you find that this cord style breaks easily, it could be too snug or on your wrist. Knowing your wrist size will help a ton with this, so you can ensure that the cord is not constantly causing tension, which leads to breakage. If you ever experience that type of wear with a DharmaShop item, please message us, and we would be happy to help further. Namaste!

Q:Hello, On the display picture of this wrist mala, I count 18 beads including rudraksha and the skull. If I ordered this mala, would it come with 18 beads. I am looking for one with multiples of 108. Thanks

A:Hello Kabir, thanks for reaching out to us! This style's count can vary per mala since the size takes precedence. For example, the style photographed has slightly larger bodhi seeds than our current batch, and one I have counted from our warehouse has 20 beads. I hope this information is helpful! We appreciate your inquiry and support.

A:Adrian, thank you for your inquiry. The wrist mala in that photograph is one of our founder, Sander Cohen's, own mala designs. Although it is not available for purchase yet, we are currently working on adding the design to our men's wrist mala collection. Until then, here is a link to a product we have in stock that is similar - https://www.dharmashop.com/products/naga-bodhi-seed-wrist-mala

Q:Please, let me know what is the length of the bracelet prior to stretching, e.g. without exposing the chord. Thank you

A:Doug, the Tibetan Skull Mastodon and Rudraksha Wrist Mala measures approximately 7 inches around when not stretched. Keep in mind that this size may vary slightly due to the natural element of each type of bead. Thank you for your inquiry and support!
