This bold mala necklace is made of Obsidian beads, brass spacers, and four hand carved brass skull accents from Thailand.
These dark Obsidian beads are very unique! They appear almost black but feature a metallic iridescence depending on how you look at them.
The skull in Buddhism is often recognized as a symbol of impermanence. This mala is a powerful reminder to be here now and to live in the present moment; because nothing is permanent, everything is possible.
