Extraordinary quality Rudraksha beads strung with three true agate Tiger Tooth Dzi beads and counters. "Tiger Teeth" describes the design and style of dzi bead, they are not made from tiger teeth.

Measures approximately 30 inches around. Contains 108 8mm rudraksha beads and 3 agate dzi spacers. Strung on black cord. Handmade in Nepal.

Nice piece

Like the rudraksha beads with their tactile feel. The dzi beads help with pauses in meditation. Not sure if I will use the counters but glad they were included. A really nice piece.

original and perfect for accumulation

The mala was of very good quality: well made for frequent use and equipped with two counters, perfect for keeping track of accumulations! I was just wondering: is there a bigger rudraksha,the kind the yogis would have? Would love to purchase one.

Hello Mile,

Thank you for your inquiry! As we have so many handmade 108 bead rudraksha malas and wrist malas, we do not source our rudraksha beads based on their number of faces or mukhi but rather by their overall quality and physical characteristics such as shape and size. The mala artisans select beads based on these qualities to ensure that bead size and overall circumference of the mala are more uniform. I have found that many of our standard 8mm rudraksha beads tend to have 5 faces, but can be anywhere from 3-5 and aren’t always uniform from bead to bead. The number of faces can vary because again, the overall quality, size, and shape of the rudraksha is how the beads are selected. I hope this information is helpful!
