Each bowl a best-seller on its own, pairing them together creates a powerful and unique vibration and meditative experience. The smaller bowl achieves higher tones that are great for clearing and balancing the chakras, while the larger bowl provides a deeper tone for grounding and centering the body.

You can begin by sitting in a comfortable position, placing the large bowl in front of you and the smaller bowl in the palm of your hand. Strike each bowl once and let the healing sound and vibration travel through your body, releasing tension and promoting relaxation.

Large bowl measures 11 inches in diameter and 5 inches deep.

Small bowl measures 5 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches deep.
