White Tara is the embodiment of healing, compassion, and wisdom. With her seven eyes she sees all suffering and has the wisdom and guidance the help you through your practice. She is often referred to as the 'swift Tara' as well as she is known for bringing quick relief to the suffering.
Each statue is full of colorful painted detail including the Dharma Wheel with deer on either side, Tibetan dragons, and swimming fish. Tibetan dragons are protectors of Buddhism whose thunderous voices awaken us from delusion. The deer reference the first teaching which Buddha gave in the Sarnath Deer Park near Varanasi, where he set in motion the "first turning of the wheel of dharma."
Statue measures approximately 5.25 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide at the base.
