DharmaShop founder, Sander Cohen, helped design this 108 bead mala alongside of our artisans in Kathmandu. It's made with high quality polished lotus seed beads, a blue howlite marker bead, matte onyx spacers, and a naga shell guru bead. A gold-plated Eternal Knot pendant finishes the mala. Sander actually sourced these amazing pendants on his last trip to Taiwan and brought them directly to our mala maker in Nepal, making this a truly exclusive DharmaShop design!

Lotus seed symbolizes spiritual growth and the ability to overcome obstacles on the path to enlightenment. It also can promote spiritual and material prosperity.

The Endless Knot represents the interconnectedness of all beings, the interweaving of one's spiritual path, and endless harmony. It is one of the 8 Auspicious Symbols that represents the intertwining of wisdom and compassion.

Mala measures approximately 38 inches around. Lotus seed beads are about 9mm, matte onyx beads are 8mm, howlite marker bead is 10mm, and the naga shell guru bead is about 18mm.

Truly beautiful

Without coming off gaudy. It has an exceptional feel and look to it, every bead is intricate and unique but the naga is breathtaking. I only wish my hand was a little smaller that I could fit it a fifth time around, as it’s either slightly large or small for my specific wrist.

Absolutely Beautiful

Beautiful.

I was very drawn to this mala, despite seeing it only online. Even moreso in person. A comforting weight and such good, powerful vibrations, particularly accumulated in the naga guru bead. Long enough to wrap around twice around my neck, yet not clunky. Feeling very grateful to have especially during these strange times. I have not missed a day of meditation since receiving.
