• This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered singing bowl with a golden finish and tone.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous signs of age and wear including hash marks around the rim.

Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  A great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises, antique singing bowls are known for their high quality sound and unique physical characteristics.

Bowl rings at a C note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This resonates with the Root Chakra, which is situated at the base of or tail end of the spine.  It is the foundation of the physical body; it stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded to the earth.

Bowl measures approximately 6.5 inches in diameter and is about 3.5 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.
