A stunning Tibetan wrist mala handmade with mountain jade and a hand carved naga shell bead
Mountain jade is the root chakra and represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded, and is the stone of calm. It balances nerves and soothes cardiac rhythm. The naga/conch shell represents the fame of the Buddha's teaching which spreads in all directions like the sound of the conch trumpet. It is a symbol which fearlessly proclaims the truth of the dharma.
This adjustable wrist mala is strung on red cord and measures approximately 6 1/2 inches around, fitting wrists 5 to 8 inches around. Includes 8mm mountain jade beads and one 10mm naga shell bead with the mantra Om Mani Padme Hung (the traditional mantra of compassion) carved into it. Handmade in Nepal.
