• Handmade in Nepal by a 4th and 5th generation crafting family, this statue is made of hand carved quartz crystal that is wrapped in bronze and then gold-plated.
• It is hand detailed and expertly carved by master craftsmen.  This process takes considerable time and skill.  Every detail is truly incredible!  Includes pieces of hand inlaid coral, turquoise, and lapis stones, along with many intricate filagree designs.

Green Tara is known as the Buddha of enlightened activity, filled with youthful vigor.  She is the fiercer form of Tara, but is still a savior-goddess of compassion.  Green Tara is intensely compassionate and acts quickly to help those who call upon her.
