Green Tara Healing Amulet

• Traditional Tibetan deity amulets are believed to heal, protect and harmonize the energies of the wearer or carrier.  Buddhists and spiritual people alike use amulets like this one for the healing and protective benefits.
• Each of these Green Tara amulets are handmade in Nepal by local artisans.  It features a small piece of incense stick surrounded by parchment with the Green Tara mantra and wrapped with an image of Green Tara.  The plastic case protects the amulet and should not be opened.
  
• You may wear the amulet, keep it with personal belongings, put it under the pillow as you sleep, place it on or near the entrance to your home or sacred space, or use it in your car or to carry with you on journeys.

Inside this amulet is parchment printed from woodblock with mantras for the deity Green Tara, known as the Buddha of enlightened activity, filled with youthful vigor.  According to Tibetan lamas, chanting the Green Tara mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha," with positive and pure intentions can help to bring an abundance of blessings in your life.  Green Tara is intensely compassionate and acts quickly to help those who call upon her.  Her mantra translates to: "I prostrate to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victorious Ones".

Amulet measures just over 1.5 inches tall and is 0.5 inch wide.
