One of our new Tibetan singing bowls, hand picked by Sander in Kathmandu. This is an extra small, one-of-a-kind, hand hammered bowl. Fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, and it shows and sings beautifully. Dates within the last 50 years. Measures approximately 3 3/4 inches in diameter and is about 1 1/2 inches deep.
Rings at a C# note, 438Hz, when struck with a woolen mallet. This resonates with the Root Chakra, which is situated at the base of or tail end of the spine. It is the foundation of the physical body; it stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded to the earth.
