• Silver Obsidian is a rarer type of obsidian that has more of a sheen to it, caused by mineral inclusions in the volcanic glass. Aside from jewelry, silver obsidian is often used to make weapons and sharp tools.
• The main focal point of the mala is the silver plated brass dorje charm from Kathmandu. Symbolically, a dorje represents the 'thunderbolt of enlightenment.' and the active energy of the universe.
