The naga/conch shell represents the fame of the Buddha's teaching which spreads in all directions like the sound of the conch trumpet.  It is a symbol which fearlessly proclaims the truth of the dharma.

Rudraksha beads are known for their healing properties and protective powers.  By meditating with rudraksha, it is believed to increase the ability to concentrate, giving clarity and peace of mind.

Adjustable wrist mala measures approximately 6.5 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 8.5 inches.  Beads are 8-9mm.  Lotus charm is about 0.6 inch.
