Lava rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions.  It is created from the center of the earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the Root Chakra. 

Adjustable wrist mala measures approximately 6.5 inches around when fully tightened and opens to about 9 inches.  Beads are 8mm.
